The short version

Not happy? Ask within 14 days of paying and you get a full refund. No reasons needed.
Try before you pay: the free plan and the 7-day Pro trial cost nothing, and the trial needs no card.
Cancel any time. Pro keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.

Who processes your payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment, including renewals, for any reason. To ask for one, email [email protected] from the email address on your account, or contact Paddle through the link on your receipt.

After 14 days, payments are not refunded, except where the law requires it or where something went wrong on our side, such as being charged twice. You can still cancel at any time to stop future payments.

When a refund is given, your account goes back to the free plan straight away. Your settings and the dictations on your PC are not affected.

Cancelling

You can cancel Pro at any time from your account, or through the link on your Paddle receipt. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again. Your account then moves to the free plan.

Your rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.
